“Publish in Flickr directly from Picassa”
Picasa2Flickr provides a plugin for Picasa that allows users to upload their photos to Flickr.
Using a custom "BlogThis" Button, Picasa posts XML data (photos URL and titles) to a custom URL.
On this URL, a CGI script parses the XML and provides photos URL and titles to a dedicated Java applet. The Applet retrieves the photos and uploads them to a Flickr account.
It's as simple as that!
